Immediately after checkout, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with us. The order details will be transferred to our warehouse system. Changes or other requests about your order can only be processed for unshipped orders.


2. Processing

Order processing begins as soon as your payment is finalized. In our warehouse, strict quality control and in-depth testing will be carried out to ensure you receive a flawless product. This processing time can vary from product to product, but on average – unless otherwise mentioned on the product page - it will take approximately 4 business days. In case of unexpected delays, our team will email you with the relevant details.


Multiple items in one single order may prolong the processing time to ensure the remaining steps are operations in further steps.

4. Delivery

The delivery time includes the aforementioned processing time. The selected shipping method determines the time to arrival after the processing has completed. We sincerely apologize for any possible delays caused by the courier firms, unfortunately this is outside our control.
